On a sleepless night, usually what do you try to do?
Forcing you to close eyes? Talking to yourself? Spellbound to yourself?
A pretty long time, I haven't had a good and sweet sleep.
This morning, I feel tired and depressed, even worse because of works.
I like candle........
Candle light brings to me somehow comforts and better mood....
It also can work with aroma, which may work for falling asleep.........
Hope the candle light and aroma help my sleep tonight...........
It's not that easy though........
- Hypnotizing myself........... is the good way? or being brave is the answer?............................ in HK -
