[WB550] 樂茶軒(Lock Cha Tea Shop) - Vegeterian Dim Sum (Eng.Ver.)

Finally I had a chance to go to Lock Cha Tea Shop(樂茶軒).
This restaurant, locates in Hong Kong Park, serves vegetarian dim sum and good quality of tea.

Raining day again....
Though it's not convenient to walk, I made up my mind to experience Lock Cha Tea Shop definitely.
Cause today is very meaningful day in my life, although it's only for myself.......
so I wanted to try some.


With walking on, taking a photo under my umbrella.....

Inside HK park, there's a building in where a kind of tea museum locates.
Lok Cha Tea shop is on ground floor in the building......

WB550's green is very prominent green.
If you like taking photos of mother nature like wild mountains, grass field, forest, trees, flowers and any green things,
WB550 can brings you memorable "Green" photos.....

Those tables, chairs and interiors are Chinese classic design......

Smells good....
Because of tea, maybe?

I could not guess what kind of dish will come, because it's vegetarian food!!

Soup made of dried vegetables and almond-like nuts....
I heard this soup is good for your health.

Pan-fried dim sum....
Yummy...!

Steamed dim sum..... and the one I forgot name.

When I bite this one first, I said "this tastes a bit squid...."
After two more bites, I withdrew my comment.... This is not squid taste. Delicious!

A bit salty taste.

This one has plain taste.
Inside there are a lot of vegetables which are good for your health. (^.^ )

Hm... maybe too close to camera lens? A bit out of focus....

Generally, they do not have strong taste.
They let you feel and enjoy the original taste of every vegetables.....

Tea making is also pretty classic style.
First you need to pour water into tea bowl, and then transfer tea (liquid) to another tea bowl.......
I chose green tea....



Fried noodle.
Well, there are Vege-Ham, mushroom and many kinds of vegetables with noodle.
This is too plain to me, so I added some spicy source and soy source onto it.

Desert.
Upper one is Steam "Sai Go" and sweet-stuff (yellow color part) inside.
Bottom one is...... Ah! again I forgot the name. (T.T )
Well... surface is soft and stick rice cake and there is sweet sesame paste inside. Very delicious!!!

What a wonderful lunch!
This is the lunch that I seek for.......
Of course,  I can't have this kind of happy lunch all the time................... :(
